Solutions for Wire Winding and Coil Processing Lines
Cable plants need consistent line speed, stable tension and neat winding from the pay-off to the finished coil. Our equipment covers the complete take-up and pay-off chain:

Wire tractors (500 kg / 1200 kg belt type, 300 / 500 wheel type) pull wire through extrusion, cabling and flattening lines at up to 200 m/min with pneumatic clamping.

Oscillate recoilers wind wire from 1 to 14 mm onto spools from PN400 to PN800 with ±0.5‰ winding precision and 40–200 N adjustable tension.

Cable traversers with ball-screw drives guide wire of 0–100 mm diameter onto the spool with closed-loop speed tracking.

Barrel type wire winding machines package soft wire from 1 to 6 mm at up to 600 m/min with tangle-free plum-blossom winding.

Equipment for Wire & Cable Production Lines
The copper flat wire rolling mill line combines pulling, rolling and rewinding in one process:

Incoming wire from 4 to 12 mm and finished flat wire from A 2 mm × B 0.2 mm to A 16 mm × B 4 mm, depending on the selected configuration (XL-CFW-01 to XL-CFW-04)

Maximum line speed 120 m/min, traversing precision ±0.1 mm

Roll diameter options: 160 / 180 / 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 mm

Pneumatic tension-lever speed feedback, spray-type die cooling, online laser diameter measurement, ball-screw traversing and pneumatic spool loading
