Wuhan Xinglian supplied a full set of oscillate winding & traverse rewinding equipment for metal wire processing in Hubei China,Jiangxi China,and Turkey etc. The whole line is designed for high-precision winding of flat wire and round wire, with stable tension control and ±0.1mm winding accuracy.
This turnkey project includes pay-off unit, traction machine, oscillate rewinders and PLC touch control system. Our on-site technical support assisted the customer with machine commissioning and operator training, helping them achieve continuous mass production of copper and aluminum wire.

Turkey oscillate winding & traverse rewinding equipment

The copper flat wire rolling mill line combines pulling, rolling and rewinding in one process:

Incoming wire from 4 to 12 mm and finished flat wire from A 2 mm × B 0.2 mm to A 16 mm × B 4 mm, depending on the selected configuration (XL-CFW-01 to XL-CFW-04)
Maximum line speed 120 m/min, traversing precision ±0.1 mm
Roll diameter options: 160 / 180 / 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 mm
Pneumatic tension-lever speed feedback, spray-type die cooling, online laser diameter measurement, ball-screw traversing and pneumatic spool loading
Stages can run standalone or in-line, with an optional wheel-type online annealing unit

Flat Wire Production — Copper, Brass and Enamelled Wire

For stainless steel strip, armoring strip and narrow metal strip, our edge trimming and recoiling units handle trimming, slitting, shaping and rewinding:

Strip width from 1 to 25 mm, thickness up to 2 mm, line speed up to 300 m/min depending on model
Hydraulic expanding shaft for stable tension, servo constant-tension rewinding, oil-cylinder coil-diameter control
