Oscillate Recoiler Series

An oscillate recoiler winds wire onto the spool while a disk-driven ball screw traverse distributes it across the spool width. The precision winding microelectronic controller coordinates take-up and traversing, tracks line speed, and compensates automatically. Depending on the model, the machines provide:

The XL-DL-08 in this series is an active pay-off machine rather than a take-up: it feeds wire from PN630–800 mm spools into cable units, rolling mills, rewinders and extruders with automatic tension synchronization.

XL-DL-08 630–800 active decoiler (pay-off machine).

Active pay-off with automatic tension synchronization for feeding cable units, rolling mills, rewinders and extruders. Handles 1–14 mm wire at 200 m/min from PN630–800 mm spools, with winding-related accuracy of ±0.5‰ on the controlled axes.

The reference model of the series: take-up 3 kW servo, traverse 1.5 kW servo, spools PN400–800 mm, pneumatic clamping, tension 40–200 N adjustable, meter counting 3‰. Electric lifting spool cover, active pay-off and speed tracking. For special cable, spring tube, magnet wire, sheathed wire, stainless steel and copper or aluminum wire.

Need a winding solution for your production line?

The line is designed for copper and brass flat wire, copper busbar, enamelled wire and enamelled flat wire. Incoming wire and finished sections depend on the configuration — for example, the XL-CFW-01 takes 5.5 mm inlet wire to A 2–5 mm × B 0.6–3.5 mm, while the XL-CFW-03 takes up to 12 mm inlet wire to A 4–16 mm × B 2.5–4 mm. For other materials, submit your specification for review by our technical team.
XL-OR-05, XL-OR-07, XL-OR-09 and XL-OR-10 handle 1–14 mm wire. The XL-OR-06 300 type is designed for 1–6 mm fine wire, narrow strip and small spools, including 3D printing consumables. The XL-DL-08 pay-off machine also covers 1–14 mm.
The XL-OR-05, XL-OR-07, XL-OR-09, XL-OR-10 and XL-DL-08 run at up to 200 m/min. The XL-OR-06 reaches 300 m/min for fine wire. Winding speeds of 300 r/min (XL-OR-05) and 200 r/min (XL-OR-07, XL-OR-09) are specified where applicable.
Winding accuracy is ±0.5‰ across the series, using disk-driven ball screw traversing. The XL-OR-05 additionally specifies meter counting accuracy of 3‰, which supports length-controlled packaging.
